I thought it would be obvious that during a decompression, everyone, including crew, had to grab an oxygen mask to be able to breath! I don't think making an announcement while fitting an oxygen mask is feasible.How else did you expect the announcement to be made? Maybe the crew should continue serving drinks while gasping for oxygen!
