What was the rate?

I'll try to scope out the location and report back. I Googled the website and it looks like it is on Soi 19, just a question about how far up. Just swagging a map it can't be more than a 10 min walk to the BTS (probably less, but slightly more to the subway).

It looks great, judging from the website.
