There is a forum called "Coupon Connection" here on Flyertalk where you can see if someone is willing to upgrade you on the Delta flight(s) from PVG to ATL...

That being said, you need to fly on a Y,B or M fare in order to be eligible to upgrade on Delta at all. If your fare is H,Q,K,L,U or T then your ticket is not upgradeable.
