Anyone else been duped?[/QUOTE]

I got caught out about 2 months ago, so have always been looking for them. This week I booked up my June & July flights and unchecked the boxes each time, only to find 3 (out of 10 bookings) insurance docs in our post box. I complained to BA and was told to send them back and all would be cancelled. Also watch out, my Amex was charge £16 per trip which BA said was correct. The web pages says says £13. So not only is there a bug in the system but there is also an incorrect price

Oddly, if you book singles ex-LHR you don't get the option for insurance.
