In person i was wondering whether KLM will only cancel flight when they are really short of aircraft. Couldn't it be possible that on some days loads are so low that is can easily been sorted out by putting those two flights together, or routing pax through CDG on Air France.
By consolidating two flights into to one KLM will save an huge amount of money because they need half of the fuel and crew.
Also is cancelling due to low loads illegal?
