Thats right - Rosewood did pull out, and the resort has been delayed as a result. They are currently speaking with other operators to build/operate the hotel site. What it has now are 8 homes, sold as rooms, a beach club, restaurant and hotel like amenities. Just no hotel....
I think it still makes for a great vacation spot.
