I think seeing a casket would really be sad. We're so far removed from the war that sometimes it doesn't seem real until you see something like that.
The really sad thing is to be so removed from the war that it takes a casket to be reminded that people are being killed.
And then forget about it again as soon as the casket is out of sight.
I'm just trying to understand -- is this a patriotic reaction or would you feel the same if it was the casket of an ordinary citizen killed in an accident?
