I am flying to BKK in a couple of weeks with a connection through to HKT. I am clearing immigration and customs in BKK then going upstairs to check-in for C class BKK-HKT. In total, I will be in BKK for about 2 hours (6am arrival from SYD/BNE, 8am departure to HKT). Will I have to pay the tax, becuase I am clearing customs then checking-in upstairs?
