The certs say Alaska/Horizon on them, so I gave one to Horizon FA earlier today - she'd never heard of them before, and wasn't sure how to handle things on her end, but would ask around.

I assume folks have given them to Horizon staff before - is there more concrete info I could've given them woman besides "You're supposed to 'turn this in' to go into your employee file."?
