Myra.... I know its a pain that INV has lost its direct London BA/BMI flights. I often travel from/to Forres, /Kinloss and would prefer to travel on the coach or train to ABZ and connect thro LHR, as opposed to flying with FLYMAYBE or Squeezyjet via Gatwick, then coach to LHR, if I have a connecting flight.
Just a thought for the future, the INV-EDI Loganair flight is often open for reward seats, it's quite possible to do INV-EDI-LHR/ LGW for 9000 BA miles return plus tax.
I know that this option might soon go with the move of Loganair, but use it while it is an option?
If you are travelling Club world, I suspect that more seats will open up at OLCI.... just keep checking on the day if you are not happy at first.
