I'm sure that ErrorCanada and particularly errorplan would like nothing more than to have everyone be happy. Unfortunately, they, themselves, are solely to blame.

Once upon a time, I was a loyal CP and then was forced into the errorplan programme and thus am a first-hand witness to the emasculation of both that programme and service in general.

I occasionally fly them just to remind myself that they haven't changed a whit despite all the attempts on this forum to say so.
