The counter agents at MHT are fantastic.

At least one of the GA's is a completely different story.

He absolutely refuses to board by zone, at least on the RJ's headed to IAD. I've inquired about this, and his response is 'with these little planes, everyone just pushes past you while you wait to have your carry-on tagged in the jetway, so it doesn't matter.' (Of course, I was only carrying an atache at the time!) I commented that nearly every other UA station uses priority boarding, and that it really does make a difference in terms of securing overhead bin space. His response: 'Well we don't. Welcome to New England.'

If you've ever run into, you know who I'm talking about. Mostly I see him in the morning / noon time.
