Bar isn't necessary a good thing. May need your help in filling out the comment card

While the new bar is still closed for business, don't expect the level of service to be increased anytime soon.

BAR BUT NOT A FULLTIME BARTENDER
All WC agents are trained for basic bartending but Seattle's WC's "wish list" is a full-time bartender. They have had full-time bartender for a short term but due to the restrictions of the bean counters, the position was eliminated sometime ago. With WC agents trying to divide their time to perform many tasks (eg. process all memberships(new, renewal, check-in), check-in and look for passenger's flight details, serving beverages and snacks, among others tasks) obtaining attentive & friendly dedicated bar service is impossible.

If you ever had the opportunity to write to NW about WC in Seattle, place this among your request of things needed.

NO FREE PHONE LINES
In the process of installing the bar, they had removed the workstations which had local phone lines. While cell phone technologies have decreased the utilization of the local phone lines, I think this is still an important features that all WC should have. Without this benefit, all calling card and local call will require a fee.

GUINESS?
I'm hoping they are considering adding Guiness (to go along with the LHR flight) among their beverage selection.
