If Burma is included, why not NK? If India is included. is Pakistan not included?

Whatever happens, I'll keep an eye out on the listings in Malaysia and Sri Lanka.

(BTW I fully expect that this thread will soon be in the Asia forum for obvious reasons. These lists don't have a good name, following the UK's SP List debacle. )
