If you are in first, you will be herded onto the first wikiwiki bus by the UA concierage. If you aren't in first, then it's a toss up whether you make the first wiki wiki bus.
The customs and immigration people are quite efficient. The line will vary depending on whether you have to go in the U.S. resident/citizen line or visitors line.
Baggage pick-up will also depend on whether you are in first. If you are, the concierage will have your luggage waiting for you by the time you get out of customs.
Recheck your bags for the mainland and head upstairs again to go back to the domestic terminal. Unfortunately, the UA gates are at the other end of the terminal from where the international gates are. If you are in first, the concierage will escort you. If you aren't, you may have a little hold up at security, but at least there is a "Gold" line at security.
In November I was in first and it took me 20 minutes to get off the plane, clear customs and immigration, get my checked luggage and get out to the curb to be picked up.
