This is an old thread, but it does deal with SEA WC changes.

Passed thru there today, and the coverings on the construction that has been ongoing at the far end of the club are now off. It is going to be a bar, not self-serve like it used to be or as in MSP, but a sit down in front of a bartender type bar, seating about 6-7. Nice to see, considering the recent changes there concerning alcohol.

I'd be interested to find out how much alcohol consumption decreased at the SEA WC ever since they changed from having unrestricted access to the bottles, to the present system where you have to find an agent and ask for your drink. I know that in my day, I have poured some pretty stiff drinks.
