They need to update this to remove Row 9.
I had looked at that diagram prior to my last trip, hence my confusion in thinking that row 9 was a "premium" row.


In regards to the OP, I trust you were sitting in row 10 and the college hooligans were in row 9. Because that's the only way VX's explanation would work.
