As for Rose Champagne it can be overated. The Heidseick Pink stuff which an appearance not too long ago was awful. I am convinced it tasted and appeared 'thicker' towards the end of a glass.....

Last time i was in the UCL they were serving Moet i think. I am not sure about onboard as i'd had one too many deep purple martini's and promptly fell asleep during dinner service on the VS9! lol
