Row 9 was originally counted as a premium seat. And either policies have been changed, or this customer rep is misinformed, I think. For the money and aggravation, not worth fighting, but for the principle, I'm a bit chuffed at that response, quite honestly.

They should have refunded you the premium seat fee, regardless.
