De gustibus nil disputandum! The 1997 Noble Cuvée is a beautiful wine though, to be fair, I only discovered this on a recent trip to France where I enjoyed it served at the correct temperature. I had drunk it onboard a BA flight previously and not appreciated its mushroomy (yes, really!) flavours as it was sadly over-chilled (I know, it is usually the opposite problem ). Also for the first time I think there really might be something in this "wine/food tastes different at altitude" argument. Either that or BA had just bought a dodgy batch!
