Hm. I don't understand why people on our side of the table don't start from the position of being in the GA's corner. Who are these people? And I infer that the OP inferred part of the last paragraph -- that this is to save the GA's job or save her from having to drive to BOS. If this is about converting to CRJs to ORD, or worse, we should all hate it, but the GA isn't going to lose her job. And do the OP and commenters want to see MHT go UX?
