Mrs. jacknyoc and I are touring Burgundy for a few days in early July and plan to stop overnight in a few places. interested mostly in small towns, historic sights, scenery and the like. both Avallon and Semur-en-Auxois look very interesting and we would like to over-night in one of them...both may be 0ver doing it but we're open to that idea too. which one do you prefer/suggest and why? thank you.
