I have been there and have changed the channel in the past. That being said, you do have to make do with other persons in the room. I suggest you arrive early - if you can.

I suspect there is ESPN2, but to be sure, I would look out on the sticky "PC meetings" for the next person to get to that PC, and PM them to find out for you.
