Q-Points = 1.25 or 1.5 of Miles Flown ?????

Is the above assertion correct??? On DONE0X I know one gets 1.5 Q-points for every AA-metal mile flown. But I thought on partner airlines the Q-points were 1.25 for J and 1.5 for F. Am I wrong?
