Do you get a double bonus for typing while being a flying a passenger?

Just completed HNL-EWR BF - it has the feel of "BF-lite" compared to international service. This said probably still the best way to get from the east coast to HNL.

BTW on this flight there were no snacks offered and pre-arrival was fruit and croissant. There was also only one red wine choice, which was inferior to some offered on international BF.

By my count - I just burned 17 calories from the typing alone making me 1/42nd of the way to a free Big Mac.
