Absolutely agree with this - however I think a consideration would be that if/when I travel with children in CW I may feel less guilty (should they be slightly boisterous) downstairs rather than up. There just seems to be something extra peaceful about upstairs that I would rather leave it to those who need the peace and quiet to get a good nights sleep. Just my humble opinion. (Of course this is assuming a night flight...)

I do not, however, have any problem whatsoever with people who wish to travel on the upper deck with their children and it really gets my goat when people such as said grumpy think they have so much more entitlement. What a really sad sad man.
