Shotty
Charged me for bottled water during the week, called, removed. Charged me again AFTER I checked out, called, removed. Food was WAY below average for Vegas. Service below average for Starwood. Was upgraded to Resort room which was nice, upkept, and clean. My buddy had the strip suite, said he had stayed there before as the Aladdin and there were no changes to the room. He did have a view of the pool though, NICE VIEW!
No coffee or free water in room unlike the Westin.
PH is the best place for Platinums given suites but for Golds I'd book the Westin.
