The first line of my original post says "THE BF MENU SAYS NOTHING ABOUT SKYSNACKS." Given that in the past, the menu posted online is notoriously wrong, I was hoping that someone with experience flying in BusinessFirst from EWR would have something to add based on personal experience.
BTW Two calls to the elite line yielded two different answers. One rep said yes, the other rep said no. (big surprise)
And what is a "refreshment prior to landing"? Is it a drink, a turkey grenade, a hot sandwich?
Also, do they still do cookies midflight? I just got back from Asia via EWR-PEK, HKG-EWR in BF and no fresh cookies....they gave out chocolates instead.
That said, could someone respond that has actually flown EWR-HNL in BF recently .....not someone who did it in coach from EWR, and not someone who did it from LAX.
Thanks.
I have flown HNL-EWR recently in BF (same type of service as EWR-HNL) and I can assure you that there were no Skysnacks available. And, no cookies.
You must be really fat to need more than the standard BF portions of food, plus the pre-landing snack. The BF meals plus the snack must be at least 2500 calories.
