My plan is too use LHR-LAX as my AA over water earning flight and then go around NA and then fly YYR-JFK on CX and then have another seperate flight JFK-LHR-JFK on AA to split up the RTW a bit.

Unless you think it would be possible to get a LHR-YVR on BA J and then book into JFK-LAX-SYD as AA flight numbers?
