If you fly 60,000 miles in business class, then yes you will get 90,000 qualifying points

If you then do 7500 miles in business class , then that will cross the 100k threshold

(obviously this assumes that you don;t have anything that is ineligable for mileage earning such as using BA on a UK-US flight )
