We have never waited, but almost always walked directly up to the window to pick up keys, the contract, and show our driver's license. It's also here we ask if we want to request something other than the car they have assigned to us.

I have one more stupid question. I see on my GPS and on the airport maps that there are two Avis garage locations at the MCO main terminal, North and South. Which one should we go to for Preferred service? Is there a sign that says "Preferred members go here..?".
