Bar Acuda is a very nice Tapa's restaurant (reservations recommended). Hanalei Dolphin is a pretty good fish place though the service can be hit or miss. If you want to cook in your timeshare, Hanalei Dolphin has a good fish market accessed from the rear parking lot behind the restaurant. I think Bubba Burger's is highly over rated. Long lines for only okay burgers. I have only tried the Hanalei location, so perhaps other locations are better.

Headed back towards Kappa, Hula Girl in the Coconut Grove Shopping Mall is decent (good but not great). YMMV....
