I first stayed at R-C Lake Las Vegas not long after it opened and it was sensational. Great service and amazing Italian food and wines. I went back a few months ago and was horrified. The 'Italian' restaurant was now an American home-style venue. The bar had become a sport's bar. The guests were mainly corporate groups and incentive travellers. The casino, which was meant to be an elegant European style place, was a tacky Reno style dive. The whole place had dumbed down. Avoid it at all cost!
