Once the statement is cut, however, all credits are posting correctly. We're still working on a solution, but I don't yet have a timeframe. In the mean time, you're welcome to contact our OnePass Service Center at 713.952.1630, and they will be able to offer you details about any non-flight postings since your last statement.
Thanks CO Insider. This is what happened to me lately. I redeemed e-rewards for 1000 OP miles on 6 May, and on 10 May I saw on-line that my account had been increased by 1000 miles, but there was nothing under recent activity. There was no activity that would have lead to the increase (even though it must have been the e-rewards redemption). I'll just wait to see what happens once the statement is cut (and in any event, I have received the miles, which is what really matters). tls
