Wow, in an interesting twist of fate, I got to the bottom of this thread and found, what else, a banner ad for FTD! Not exactly what I would call "effective" advertising!

And yes, I know the system probably placed an FTD banner there BECAUSE FTD was mentioned in the thread.

I will echo the sentiments here to the OP, I'm so sorry this happened to you and hope you can work something out.
