The swipe idea that caphis posted was a hypothetical. I'm guessing that B6 isn't going to bother with putting together the infrastructure to do that. FAs generally have the discretion to give out free drinks if necessary as part of a service recovery event anyways. As long as they write it up I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem. In this case it would probably cost more to engineer the system to prevent the fraud than B6 would save in preventing the fraud.
