I've had issues with quality from the florists FTD uses (my mother and grandmother are about 10 miles apart and the difference in the "same" arrangement that was ordered was just horrid ... my mother got totally stiffed on the deal) ... this year I did order from FTD but only because the arrangement purchased is sent via FTD so I'm hoping there is quality control.

Hope you were able to find another florist nearby who can help out at the last minute.
