I do not get exercised about fuel surcharges because of logic, not in spite of it.
And when I am unhappy with the way the fare is broken down for me, I do something about it, rather than bluster about on the internet insulting people who do not share my unhappiness.
"LOGIC" as in good business practice which AC fails to demonstrate time and time again.
FYI.. Whenever I have been unhappy I have...
A) Exercise my right to voice my opinion on FT.
B) Write to The Minister of Industry
C) Appear on CBC Marketplace
D) Upcoming appearance on CNN's Keeping Them Honest w/ Anderson Cooper
Now tell me what have you done lately? hmmmmm. Just as I thought.. Nothing.
