I am happy as long as any item not included in the base fare is explicitly itemized.
If they only show the all-in price from the start, fine with me.
If they only show everything except the GST, and list the GST separately under a line that says "GST", fine with me.
If they were to show an itemized receipt listing how much goes into salaries, fuel, leases, debt service, NAV Can fees, AIF, sales taxes, catering, executive bonuses, profit, and so on, fine by me.
On the other hand, there are many who object to having
any money that the airline keeps being itemized outside the base fare, because they think the practice of showing a base fare that does include all the money the airline keeps is misleading. Some people get hopping mad about it.
