I'd seen some parked at JFK recently, but didn't realize they still used them!
At IAD they still are used to get between terminals, but one still uses a jet bridge to board the plane. My main airline, AA, certainly does not use them at JFK. As indicated, DL must use them when they don't have sufficient gate space for their aircraft.
