Does Alaska have a generic ideas email address like US does?

This is all based off of a flight I took last night from PDX to PHX.

If a Gold doesnt get the upgrade and there are going to be empty middle seats in coach anyways. I suggest they try to block the middle seat next to the Gold if possible.

As I am sure you have already guessed I didnt get the upgrade and thats fine but from my walk from the front bulkhead back to the Lav in the rear I realized I was probably the most uncomfortable peson on the flight. There were Two golds in the back including myself.


This is only if there are going to be empty seats anyways. I want them to try to sell every seat if they can. And if a flight from say Anchorage to Seattle and most people on the flight are gold it also wouldnt work
