I like the first row, row 11 on the very long nonstops. I just flew the 340 LAX-SIN on Monday and sat in 11D because I couldnt recall whether there was enough space in front of 11A/C to get in and out without stepping over anyone. There is a fair amount of room, so if you are in 11A you can easily get in/out. But I really liked 11D, it was nice to have aisle access but not have someone walking over/in front of me. It's a brutally long flight, so that was nice.
