Used the Club America F lounge on Tuesday - and for the first time in my travels saw a "tip jar" out when drink requests were made.

I did not tip - I am not sure if I should - possibly should have - but never have before (in an airline lounge) so did not start now.
If it is a set up with barman then you tip, even if the drinks are free - but only in America. You never tip the Qantas Club barmen in Sydney, for example. Of course if drinks are self serve - no tipping required.
