I know this isn't what you're looking for, but there's a relatively new (under a year or so, I think) restaurant at the intersection of 50 & Rt. 7 in the Falls Church area - it used to be the Golden Diner - now it's a veg restaurant. You can access it from the Home Depot parking lot area, I believe - it's more on 7 than 50. I have no idea whether its good or not, but it seems to have a lot of cars in the parking lot when I drive by it...
