OK, Qantas say it is not down, just by booking number (even though I can get to step 2 in the process and the booking is right) and 'no, we won't tell you what seats you have been allocated, you will have to wait and find out tomorrow at the airport'.

Another example of those 'friendly' folk at Qantas.....
