Some A319's have slim line seating and reduced pitch behind the exit row (30-31" as opposed to 34" in front of the exit. Catering / drinks should start from the front of each cabin.
All the Airbuses have been fitted with the space saver seats now - these start about row 12 on an A319 and as skipcool says only have 31in - however as they are slim line seats they certainly feel as if they have more room than the older thicker seats.
