Yes - separate buses for each class
I flew into BKK last year and the plane came to a halt at one of the remote stands. Buses rolled up. First class pax into one and it was away. Bus class pax into the next and off it went. Then economy pax loaded into a few remaining buses. The TG staff definitely ensured people jumped on the designated bus. Efficient!
