It really depends on where you are leaving from and where you are flying to. As most have regional headquarters, those that are having home ground advantage does better. CZ is worth taking if you are coming out of Southern China (And they give u Skyteam mileage as well), If you are out of Beijing, definitely CA (Star Alliance), For Shanghai (MU would be preferred but Shanghai Airline is *A so, depends).
