Another bump for some similar questions.

I've not flown BA for ages (since the tax made it cheaper to drive MAN-LHR, than fly) so am way out of touch However, the Lloyds TSB airmiles deal has come up trumps, so here I come.

1 What's the quickest/cheapest way for 2 pax to get from T5 to the Crowne Plaza - Hoppa?

2 On my return, I'm arriving on United at T3 with a separate booking for BA. I'm sure UA and BA don't interline so I'll have to go through immigration, collect my bags and then go to T5. How long will this take?

3 Is it possible to pay for lounge access at T5, if so how much is it?
