It's has to keep their own responsibility where airports & security is our first priority. I think its sound the logical choice from security will searchable for someone who gotten the criminal background check records. I think they need to do required the fingerprinted screening before they started to work. Because airports is taking own responsibilities need read background screening. If his/her background screening will be cleared. They will issued new SIDA badge but, they need to do required security class. If they has passed the test before they can be access into the secure area.
